THE JOB
Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and renovation projects for our venues across the United States. This role requires a proactive and organized professional who excels in managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are clearly defined and communicated.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with company goals and industry standards.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate efforts across internal teams, contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support team members and stakeholders by addressing challenges and maintaining project momentum.

Budget and Cost Management:

  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Produce, own, and submit cost reports to upper management, providing transparency into expenditures and financial performance.
  • Track expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Adapt to unforeseen challenges and maintain continuity through contingency planning.

Quality and Compliance:

  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout all stages of project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Provide regular progress reports and maintain clear lines of communication with all stakeholders.

Documentation and Contract Oversight:

  • Collaborate with Contracts Administrator to review and manage project-related contracts.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the entertainment or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience producing and presenting detailed cost reports to upper management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$120,000.00 USD - $150,000.00 USD

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
