Position Overview: The Digital Marketing team is seeking a seasoned project management professional with a strong background in web-based marketing initiatives. This role focuses on managing website projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high-quality execution. The Senior Web Project Manager will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities with calm and confidence while collaborating with a skilled web team to drive digital marketing success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management: 

  • Manage end-to-end web projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery. 
  • Maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. 
  • Juggle multiple high-priority projects and adapt to shifting business needs. 

Stakeholder Collaboration: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholder groups, including Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, and Communications. 
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, updates, and feedback loops to maintain transparency. 
  • Balance stakeholder priorities while maintaining focus on overarching business goals. 

Team Coordination: 

  • Support and coordinate efforts among the web team, including developers, UX specialists, SEO experts, globalization leads, and testing teams. 
  • Foster collaboration and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. 
  • Address roadblocks and provide solutions to maintain project momentum. 

Agility and Problem-Solving: 

  • Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in managing complex projects with competing priorities. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring timely issue resolution. 
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies. 

Marketing Focus: 

  • Understand the functions and activities required to deliver exceptional experiences on our website 
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource capable of comprehending complex requests from stakeholders and translating them into actionable plans. 
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and mitigate issues before they arise 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 7+ years of project management experience, focusing mainly on marketing projectsSome level of experience in a web marketing team is essentialB2B company experience preferred. 

  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with web development processes, user experience design, SEO, globalization, and testing to incorporate these functions effectively into project plans and schedules. 

  • Communications: Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain composure under pressure and drive results with confidence. 

  • Tools: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana (preferred), Jira), scheduling tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project), and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams). 

  • Process Management: Experienced with complex workflows, change management, and the ability to hold contributors and stakeholders accountable to deadlines and deliverables. 

Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):

$76,650 - $109,500 - $142,350

Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
