We are looking for an additional Live Ops Project Manager to join our growing Publishing team, and help us bring our new cross-platform, live service, 3rd person shooter to life.

As the Live Ops Project Manager for the Publishing department, you will serve as a bridge between our player base and developers, closely collaborating with the Player Interaction team, Release Manager, and Producers on joint activities pre- and post-launch. Your work will encompass a vast variety of tasks, starting from event planning and playtest pipeline creation, to the actual execution of features and their support on the live environment.

What will you do?

  • Help design, plan, and manage live-ops features, such as events, pre- and post-release
  • Maintain the information flow between the Player Interaction team and relevant development stakeholders
  • Deliver information to the players in the form of patch notes, themed articles and surveys
  • Operate the in-game shop, launcher pages and promotions/collaborations in a live environment
  • Modify ongoing release and content plans based on the game metrics and product goals/needs
  • Represent Publishing interests during development discussions and product meetings
  • Manage asset creation and deadlines for live-ops team content
  • Plan and organise playtest sessions

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in Product/Project management
  • Experience with live service operations
  • Analytical thinking and proactive behavior
  • Extensive gaming experience and understanding of player engagement and monetization mechanics
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong writing skills (technical and literary styles in particular)

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Experience with discord platform
  • Proficiency in other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Chinese, etc.)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, Excel
  • Experience in working with a distributed team
  • Experience in working in a multicultural environment
  • Lack of stage fright and readiness to "be there" for the community
  • Love for a shooter genre

Work mode

Hybrid - 3 days of work from the Guildford office
