Brunswick Group’s Investor Brand practice is recruiting for a Live Services Manager in London.

Investor Brand is where creative intelligence meets financial discipline, shaping how companies build credibility with investors, employees, media and the market over time. Our work spans investor communications, strategic events and corporate brand, delivering high-stakes moments that influence perception, confidence and long-term value.

We are looking for a senior client operator with strong live experience, excellent judgement and commercial instincts. This is not a purely technical production role. We need someone who can lead senior client conversations, shape strategic event approaches, write compelling proposals, contribute to new business growth and oversee flawless execution across complex live environments.

The role sits within our Live team and reports to our Film and Live leads. You will work closely with senior Brunswick advisors, creative teams, producers and technical specialists across a wide range of high-profile global clients and events.

About the Role

Client leadership

  • Lead day-to-day relationships with senior corporate clients across in-person, hybrid and virtual events.
  • Act as a calm, credible and commercially-minded advisor in high-pressure situations.
  • Translate complex communications objectives into clear event strategies and production approaches.
  • Lead client conversations around format, audience experience, narrative flow, staging, content and delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships that lead to repeat work and expanded opportunities.

Strategic events & delivery

  • Oversee the successful delivery of investor, corporate and leadership events from concept through execution.
  • Manage high-profile live environments including Capital Markets Days, AGMs, results presentations, leadership events and hybrid broadcasts.
  • Ensure events are delivered to an exceptional standard across experience, production, timing and operational execution.
  • Work closely with producers, designers, technical specialists and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Maintain oversight of budgets, schedules, staffing and commercial delivery.

Business development & growth

  • Support the continued growth of Brunswick’s Live offer across existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships and introduce broader Investor Brand capabilities.
  • Contribute to business development activity, client growth strategies and pipeline development.
  • Lead or support new business proposals, pitch materials and chemistry meetings.
  • Write clear, strategic and persuasive proposals, scopes of work and credentials documents.
  • Contribute ideas around new formats, content approaches and audience engagement opportunities.

Team leadership

  • Lead project teams across multiple workstreams and geographies.
  • Provide direction and support to producers and wider delivery teams.
  • Build strong working relationships across Brunswick’s advisory, creative and production teams.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused culture across the Live practice.

Technical understanding

  • Maintain a strong working understanding of live production, streaming and event technologies.
  • Be confident discussing production solutions with both clients and technical specialists.
  • Understand the operational requirements of live, hybrid and virtual environments without needing to operate as a hands-on engineer.
  • Stay informed on developments across live events, digital broadcasting and audience engagement.
What We're Looking For
  • Significant experience managing high-profile corporate events and senior client relationships.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities.
  • Strong commercial instincts and confidence operating in fast-paced client environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience writing proposals, pitch materials, award submissions or strategic documents.
  • Strong organisational and project leadership skills.
  • Calm and credible under pressure.
  • Confident leading conversations with senior stakeholders and advising on live communications strategy.
  • Good understanding of live production, streaming and AV environments.
  • Experience working alongside technical and production teams to deliver complex events.
  • Interest in the evolving relationship between live events, digital content and corporate communications.
