New Lifts Project Manager Jobs in Southern England  , UK at Stannah – join the team!

Are you an experienced Lift Project Manager looking for greater autonomy, career development, and the opportunity to deliver high-profile installation projects with one of the UK's most trusted engineering businesses?

At Stannah, you'll take ownership of New lift installation projects from concept to completion, working closely with customers, contractors, and installation teams to deliver safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget.

You'll oversee a portfolio of new installation and  projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector environments.

You will be covering projects across the South of England, with a mixture of home-based working, site visits, and customer meetings.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30-5.15 and Friday, 8:30 – 13:30

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with company and industry standards.
  • Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from start to finish.
  • Conduct site inspections and project reviews, ensuring installation quality, subcontractor performance, and customer expectations are met.
  • Act as the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Control project costs, manage variations, resolve issues, close out defects, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion.

Qualifications

Project Manager Requirements:

  • NVQ3 Installing Lifts
  • Project Management qualification
  • Understanding and/or awareness of relevant Lift and Building Standards
