Lead the safety, compliance, documentation, investigation, and improvement of Stannah’s lift product portfolio. The role involves collaborating with installation teams, suppliers, OEM partners, and industry stakeholders; maintaining certifications and testing records; supporting new product development; and providing technical guidance, training, and installation support. The position is initially based in Andover before transitioning to hybrid work, with regular travel to company locations.

Entry-level sales role supporting goods lifts, stairlifts, and access lift services. Responsibilities include identifying maintenance, renewal, and repair opportunities; managing customer relationships; conducting site surveys and technical assessments; preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents; maintaining activity records; and traveling within the branch area. Full training is provided, with opportunities to develop a career in technical sales.

Develops major lift sales across Kent, Essex, and London by identifying portfolio and new-business opportunities, conducting site surveys, building customer relationships, and preparing tailored repair, maintenance, modernisation, and technical proposals. The role combines lift engineering knowledge with consultative sales, customer meetings, opportunity pipeline development, and quoting. Hybrid working is available, with a company vehicle or car allowance and quarterly profit share.

Identify and secure sales opportunities for minor lift repairs, upgrades, and equipment improvements across Kent, Essex, and London. Manage the sales pipeline, prepare quotes and proposals, conduct follow-ups, maintain accurate records in Excel, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role includes technical sales training, customer relationship development, target achievement, and occasional travel within the service area.

Lead safety, compliance, documentation, investigations, corrective actions, product improvements, and new product development across Stannah’s lift portfolio. Partner with OEMs, suppliers, installation teams, and industry stakeholders while providing technical support, training, and guidance. The role requires extensive lift-industry knowledge, familiarity with Lift and Machinery Directives and Building Regulations, and experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. It is a permanent hybrid position initially based in Andover, with regular travel to company locations.
