Services, repairs, and maintains lifts across a designated Greater London route. Responsibilities include attending breakdowns and callouts, fault finding, restoring equipment to operation, maintaining site safety and compliance, and completing service logs and basic paperwork. The role covers commercial and public sites, primarily within an allocated area, on a 4-on, 4-off schedule of 12-hour shifts.

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot escalators and moving walkways across Greater London transport hubs, including Gatwick and Stansted stations. The role involves mechanical and electrical fault-finding, risk assessments, site log maintenance, safety compliance, and customer care. Engineers work 12-hour day shifts on a 4-on, 4-off pattern without a call-out rota.

Provides quotations and secures orders for minor lift repairs and equipment enhancements. Identifies sales opportunities, manages the sales pipeline, prepares accurate proposals, follows up with customers, maintains activity records in Excel, and collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role requires customer service excellence, relationship-building, target-driven sales performance, and occasional travel within the service area.
