Job Description

Lift Engineer- Days Jobs in Greater London at Stannah – Join Our Team!

Location: Greater London (including Gatwick & Stansted rail stations)
Hours: 8:00 – 20:00, 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts with 45-minute unpaid break).

Salary Up to £65,000  (incl OTE) based on skills and experience level

We’re looking for a Lift Service Engineer to cover a route across Greater London and surrounding areas.

You’ll be looking after your own patch — servicing lifts, fault finding, and keeping things running safely day-to-day, with support from a local team when you need it.

Your Patch

  • Covering Greater London and nearby areas
  • Structured route (no random national travel)
  • Mix of commercial and public sites
  • Mostly staying within your allocated area

Lift Engineer Responsibilities

  • Carrying out servicing, repairs and routine maintenance
  • Attending breakdowns and callouts
  • Fault finding and getting lifts back up and running
  • Keeping sites safe and compliant
  • Completing site logs and basic paperwork

Qualifications

Lift Engineer Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering
  • Experience working as a lift engineer (service/repair)
  • Full UK driving licence
