TL;DR - You’ll execute Lovable’s lifecycle marketing for the self-serve base - activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. Hands-on, AI-first, and increasingly driven by intelligent personalization. You’ll shape how millions of builders experience Lovable every day.

Why Lovable?

Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. For decades, turning an idea into software required so much capital, technical fluency, and time that many ideas never came to life. Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024. And we’re just getting started.

We’re building a generational company from Stockholm, with growing teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Our team is small, talent-dense, and moving quickly, with a culture rooted in extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We look for people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.

Lovable is one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies and has been recognized on the Forbes AI 50 and CNBC Disruptor 50, reflecting our momentum as one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies and one of the most ambitious places to build in this next era of software.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in B2C lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing at consumer or PLG scale

  • 3+ years of deep, hands-on expertise with a modern lifecycle marketing platform like Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io

  • Fluency in Liquid templating and email HTML/CSS, segmentation logic, and event-driven campaign architecture, experience with CDPs, event pipelines (e.g., RudderStack) and SQL for self-serve analysis makes you even stronger here

  • Experience building adaptive, evolving lifecycle systems, not just static journeys

  • Hands-on experience applying AI and automation to content creation, personalization, segmentation, and decisioning logic

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and designing systems that improve over time

  • Content craftsmanship to ensure content going out always builds on Lovable’s brand

What you’ll do

  • Operate lifecycle marketing for the self-serve base across activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.

  • Lifecycle PoC for product launches, experiments, and GTM moments

  • Design intelligent, rules-based or algorithmic lifecycle programs that dynamically decide who to message, when to reach them, which channel to use (email, inbox, push, and emerging CRM channels), and what content to send, based on behavior and context

  • Work AI-first across your entire workflow, applying AI and automation to content generation, personalization, segmentation, decisioning, and analysis

  • Build experimentation and data-driven optimization into every lifecycle program, measuring true incremental impact rather than surface-level engagement

  • Partner closely with Data, Product, and GTM teams so lifecycle messaging feels native, timely, and valuable

What Success Looks like

  • Increased lift from lifecycle marketing you’re working on vs baseline

  • Builders experience Lovable’s lifecycle messaging as remarkably relevant, well-timed, and valuable - not noisy or generic
