About Us

Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.

Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality.

Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.

When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.

We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?
What you'll do

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of law, technology, and product — and to do it at a company where that intersection actually matters. You'll gain hands-on experience in how AI is transforming legal work, while contributing directly to the development, testing, and adoption of our platform.

You'll work closely with our Legal Engineers, Customer Success, and Product teams from day one — not observing, but doing.

Specifically, you will
  • Support client-facing pilots, onboarding, and training — helping legal teams get real value out of Legora from the start.

  • Design and evaluate use cases that put our AI to work on real legal tasks: contract review, research, drafting, due diligence, and more.

  • Apply your legal experience to assess AI outputs — evaluating accuracy, commercial relevance, and usability with a practitioner's eye.

  • Capture user insights and translate them into clear, actionable feedback that directly shapes product development.

  • Document best practices and contribute to playbooks on how legal AI can be deployed effectively and scaled across firms.

What you bring

You're a newly qualified lawyer who's curious about where the profession is headed — and wants to be part of building it, not just watching it change. You bring rigour and legal instinct from your training, and you're ready to apply them somewhere that moves faster than a law firm.

We're looking for
  • A qualified solicitor who has completed a training contract (NQ - 0.5 PQE) and brings hands-on experience of legal workflows from a firm or in-house team.

  • A strong technical foundation in law — solid academic background and exposure to core practice areas such as corporate, commercial, finance, or litigation.

  • Genuine tech curiosity — not necessarily a coder, but someone who leans into legal technology, AI, and workflow automation, and is comfortable experimenting with new tools.

  • Commercial awareness — you understand how legal teams work under time pressure and client expectations, and can identify where AI meaningfully improves both.

  • A natural translator — able to move clearly and confidently between lawyers and technologists without losing the thread.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented — capable of critically evaluating AI outputs and identifying strengths, weaknesses, and risk areas with precision.

  • Proactive and adaptable — comfortable in a fast-moving environment, able to bring structure to ambiguity and take ownership without being directed.

Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer
