  • Provide practical, business oriented guidance on legal risks for new and existing products, features, and go to market initiatives
  • Support R&D and Product teams in embedding ‘legal by design’ into product development

  • Collaborate with global legal teams to ensure consistent approaches to technology, privacy, and governance across regions
Requirements
  • Qualified to practice law in the UK
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally as inhouse product counsel in a technology company
  • Experience assisting global technology companies in launching new products and services, advising on AI, SaaS, data governance, and technology partnerships.
  • Deep knowledge of UK/EU regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, NIS2, etc.) and understanding of global digital, privacy, and AI developments
  • Strong ability to translate governance and regulatory trends into practical guidance
  • Strategic thinker with strong business judgment, ownership mentality, problem solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross functional teams in a global environment.
