Recorded Future is looking to hire an In-House Counsel to support the EMEA region and ad hoc general legal matters globally. Reporting to the EMEA Lead Counsel in London, you will be a key member of the Recorded Future Legal team. You will help support commercial negotiations in the EMEA region with our customers, vendors, and partners, as well as lending hand with these matters globally. These external stakeholders include Fortune 500 companies, and large public sector organisations.


What You’ll Do: 
  • Negotiate and draft agreements with customers, prospects, partners, and vendors
  • Work with other departments, especially Sales and Marketing, to achieve their goals
  • Review marketing materials and initiatives

What You'll Bring:
  • Law degree from an accredited university
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction (ie admitted to a bar and in good standing - qualified lawyer)
  • Fluency in English and German / French essential 
  • Transactional training and experience. Must have drafting and negotiations skills
  • Ability to manage, perform and enjoy highly repeatable and high volume work in addition to assisting with strategic and unique issues
  • Be pragmatic, solutions-oriented, business-friendly, creative, thought provoker, and an advocate for the business and have a “let’s make it happen” attitude
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, including with our global colleagues, but also take direction from manager and other team members, as appropriate
  • Multi-task effectively in an extremely fast-paced team environment with short turnaround times
  • Have strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
  • Be a team player and willing to take on responsibilities and roles that support the team, region, department and the company
  • At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
  • Strong negotiation skills with both legal and commercial issues
  • Prior experience within SaaS/tech industry and negotiating with either large corporations or public sector entities strongly preferred
  • Ability to work from Recorded Future’s London office as this is a hybrid role with 2 - 3 days per week in the London office required.
