Lead UX Designer

The team builds a driver-facing mobile application for daily navigation, routing, and location-based experiences, designed to perform reliably across regions, devices, and real-world driving conditions. The app is supported by scalable backend services and in-vehicle integrations that power routing optimization, location intelligence, and insights derived from aggregated usage patterns. The focus is on delivering consistently a high-quality mobile experience that meets user’s needs and aligns with business objectives.

The role 

We are looking for a Lead UX Designer – Mobile Solutions to shape the future of driver-facing mobile applications. This role will lead user experience designs, and design systems, and improve design quality, and execution for key products. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver seamless, scalable, and user-centered experiences.

What you will do 

• As Design Lead for Mobile Solutions, you will shape the user experience and design system powering our next generation driver-facing mobile applications.
• Define design standards and ensure scalable, high-quality experiences across mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, customers, and implementation teams to improve UX patterns, components, and overall product experience.
• Guide the end-to-end UX process, including research, workshops, UX/UI design, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Champion efficient design workflows, Figma best practices, and scalable system architecture across UX teams.
• Empower teams with resources, documentation, and mentorship around design standards and system usage.

What we’re looking for 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience designing user experiences for customer facing mobile applications
• Technical mindset with a strong appreciation for data, research, and inclusive design practices.
• Strong background in visual design, design systems, UX, interaction design, research, and documentation for scalable enterprise platforms.
• You’re naturally curious to dig deep into user behaviors, market trends, and product strategy to inform meaningful design decisions.
• You stay current with UX best practices and emerging tools and are eager to experiment and evolve your approach.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills; able to align design decisions with business and user needs.
• You’re comfortable with fast-paced product environments.
• Experience working in international, distributed teams and navigating complex B2B and B2C environments.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
