Lead high-stakes TikTok Shop LIVE presentations for major brands, driving product sales and viewer conversion. Manage, mentor, train, and recruit presenters; create hosting playbooks and quality standards; and collaborate with account and Live managers on brand strategy and performance. The role requires proven live-commerce results, strong coaching and talent-assessment skills, commercial awareness, and flexibility for evening and weekend streams.
The role
RequirementsWho You Are
BenefitsCore Benefits
You'll be the senior presenter in the business and the standard every host on our platform works to. You'll still present, and you'll lead the host team: finding, training and developing the next generation of LIVE hosts. You'll be part presenter, part team leader and part talent scout.
What you'll do- Present. Run high-stakes LIVEs for our biggest brands: launches, mega sale days and showcase streams. Demo products, run LIVE offers and convert viewers into buyers.
- Lead. Be the senior voice for presenting across the business. Line-manage and mentor the host team, run a regular cadence of one-to-ones and performance check-ins, and represent presenters in leadership conversations on LIVE strategy, capacity and quality. Be the person brands, account teams and hosts all turn to for what good looks like on stream.
- Train the hosts. Build and deliver our host training programme, from onboarding and the first stream through to advanced selling technique, TikTok Shop compliance and reading live data. Run regular reviews and give feedback that moves GMV per hour.
- Recruit. Source, audition and onboard new hosts onto LiveHost. Use drama schools, affiliate creators, talent platforms and your own network. Know a great host within 30 seconds of a screen test.
- Set the standard. Write the playbooks: stream structure, scripting by category, handling comments, pacing offers. Make sure the quality holds up as hours scale.
- Work with the team. Partner with account and Live managers on host selection, brand briefs and performance. Bring what you see on stream back into strategy.
RequirementsWho You Are
- An experienced live presenter. TikTok Shop LIVE is ideal; shopping TV, QVC-style selling or high-volume live commerce elsewhere also counts.
- Someone with a track record you can prove: GMV, conversion or viewer numbers from streams you've run.
- Experienced in leading or managing a team of presenters or talent, and confident setting expectations and holding people to them.
- A natural coach who can make good presenters great and explain why something works.
- A good judge of talent with an eye for the hosts others miss.
- Commercial: you know a LIVE is a sales channel, not a show.
- Comfortable with pace. We're a young company moving fast, and some streams fall on evenings and weekends around key trading moments. Schedule flexibility is required.
