About You:
To be successful and thrive as a Lead Product Manager at Access Learning, you will need first and foremost to have an entrepreneurial mentality. You are committed to excel with energy and endurance, as you understand that building a product is hard but satisfying work. You have a passion for building great products and technology, superior communication skills, high integrity, and great attention to detail.

You’re a doer, who will adapt and change tactics until you find the winning approach. You feel comfortable getting your hands dirty in the problems of today, yet never losing sight of the long-term direction. You have stamina, resilience, and grit.

As a Lead Product Manager at Access, you will work to deliver a world class, rapidly deployable product or products to disrupt the learning market. You will work with the company Leadership, the Sales and Marketing teams along with the Design, Engineering and Support teams to drive market share & growth.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Create and present business cases to executive and senior management teams, articulating a clear vision that aligns with the business’s growth and expansion objectives. You’ll identify future trends and build roadmap plans to differentiate the products from competitors.
• Manage end-to-end roadmap processes, from concept to product launch, ensuring the development of strong, unique product(s).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise product features and enhancements based on market needs, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Engage with customers to ensure a market-driven approach, representing their voice in all product activities and guaranteeing strategic focus for the products.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Significant experience in strategically focused Product Management and Business Strategy, including working with AI-infused products and LLMs from discovery to delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering successful SaaS products to market and managing high-revenue, multi-product portfolios.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at the highest levels within organisations.
• A deep understanding of the Learning market (advantageous) and a drive to disrupt the market and make a difference for your team, business, product, and clients.
