We're searching for a Lead Product Manager to join our Product Management team in a remote or hybrid setting. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and user experience, with a focus on building products that transform how insurance agencies and carriers work together. Applied is redefining collaboration across the insurance value chain, meeting users where they already work and enabling data to flow seamlessly across systems and partners. Our AI-powered platform helps customers make smarter decisions, operate more efficiently, and collaborate more effectively across the global insurance ecosystem.

Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from $100,000 - $170,000 USD. To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.

What You'll Do
- Define and own product strategy within the carrier-agency collaboration domain, delivering initiatives that balance near-term business outcomes with long-term customer and platform value.
- Develop a deep understanding of carrier and agency workflows, underwriting and distribution dynamics, and evolving market needs - clearly articulating the value delivered to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Lead complex, cross-team initiatives in partnership with Applied product teams and the Cytora organization, aligning priorities across platforms, data services, and shared roadmaps to solve multi-party industry challenges.
- Drive system and experience design for end-to-end workflows, collaborating closely with engineering and architecture partners to define scalable, resilient solutions that span data ingestion, automation, triage, and collaboration.
- Independently own complex, ambiguous product initiatives end-to-end, from problem discovery and solution definition through execution, launch, and impact measurement, with minimal oversight.
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations by framing problems, evaluating options, and making informed product decisions rather than waiting for direction.
- Spearhead planning and execution ceremonies across multiple teams, providing a unified view of customer value across features, workflows, and release milestones.
We're Excited to Learn More About You
Your experience may include:
- 10+ years' work experience with at least 8+ years in technical product management.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience of a wide range of product management practices, skills, and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of the software industry and customer needs, including the ability to identify and act on new industry trends.
- Experience in constructing cross -functional plans to deliver both features and releases, and successfully influencing stakeholders.
- Experience in leading any product management ceremony, including retrospectives, stand-ups, refinement, and planning.
- Ability to quickly identifying and prioritizing work to be done while removing barriers with no supervision.
