Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership in technology and design. Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI/ML models into software solutions.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Design and architect scalable and efficient software systems. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software applications.

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI/ML and software engineering.

  • Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & R&D Systems Engineering and/or Computer Science/Machine Learning. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • Experience in Grid industry and HVDC systems.

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

  • Understanding of business cases for Grid and HVDC business areas
