Job Description:
As part of the Inside Sales team, the Lead Facilitator Specialist is the first point of contact for all prospects generated by marketing campaigns, as well as inbound inquiries, registrations, chats and other contact collection methods. The goal is to identify qualified prospects that fit Datasite’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and field these through the correct follow-up channel. These qualified leads are then passed to our Business Development and Direct Sales function for further development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing team members to execute on top of funnel campaigns and regularly deliver feedback regarding quality and quantity.
- Engage with high-priority inbound leads, cultivate, and qualify prospects using Datasite’s platform and tools. You are the front line to ensure proper lead transition to internal Business Development and Sales Reps to ensure a world class client experience.
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients, and route leads appropriately using internal territory management tools.
- Deliver a summary of leads and opportunities created, and stages of progress.
- Coordinate and partner with Business Development reps and sales executives to progress leads and ensure excellent data hygiene.
- Leverage internal CRM and engagement platforms to track progress of leads and lead ownership.
- Continuous professional development through world class training, sales coaching, and mentorship with access to industry leading research and thought leadership.
Skills
- High level of attention to details and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and achieve set targets.
- Professional and credible communication skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and previous CRM experience (Salesforce) highly desirable.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills highly regarded.
- Able to prioritise and manage workload.
Qualifications
- Degree qualification desirable, but not essential.
- A strong, natural interest in finance/marketing would be an advantage.
Knowledge and Experience
- A second language highly preferred.
- Previous executive assistant or marketing experience.
- Experience in similar demand generation role, preferably in IT/Fintech sector.
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce).
- Strong attitude for learning and assimilation technical knowledge.
- Ability to pitch technical products and solutions.
- Ability to work independently, as well as a team player.
- Motivated, self-starter.
