Key Responsibilities
Ecosystem Strategy & Growth
- Define ecosystem roadmaps and future partner requirements.
- Identify capability gaps and evaluate new partnership opportunities.
- Develop collaboration models, governance frameworks, and business cases.
- Monitor industry trends and support long-term ecosystem strategy.
Partner Enablement & Governance
- Lead partner onboarding, assessments, and capability development.
- Establish governance, performance management, and collaboration frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with Ericsson processes, quality standards, and delivery expectations.
- Build strong relationships with strategic ecosystem partners.
Operational Excellence & Transformation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the ecosystem.
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and partner performance reviews.
- Lead transformation programs that improve quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Facilitate governance forums, workshops, and executive reviews.
Business Analysis & Decision Support
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and performance updates.
- Support portfolio planning, capacity management, and investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Significant experience in ecosystem management, partner development, strategy execution, transformation, or program management.
- Strong understanding of telecom, R&D, and engineering delivery environments.
- Experience managing external partners and complex stakeholder networks.
