  • Deep working knowledge of UK and EU consumer protection, advertising and e-commerce frameworks (including the CAP Code and ASA regime, and UK and EU consumer protection and unfair commercial practices rules), with the ability to apply them pragmatically to business objectives.
  • Exceptional drafting skills, with experience negotiating and preparing sophisticated sales, partnership, distribution and retail agreements.
  • Familiarity with UK GDPR, EU GDPR and ePrivacy/PECR as they apply to marketing, partnerships and data sharing.
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risk while enabling scalable, innovative go-to-market models across multiple markets.
  • Strong judgment and comfort operating as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
