native has been building for 10 years, but we're still very much a startup: fast-moving, ambitious, and building with intent. We're creating the infrastructure that connects students, Students’ Unions, universities, and advertisers through a managed marketplace.

Our goal is to deliver for students by increasing student engagement while enabling Students’ Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers, we offer meaningful, measurable routes to student audiences. The more aligned these incentives are, the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.

The Opportunity

The Campaign Delivery team is the operational engine behind native’s growth, responsible for delivering campaigns that engage students and achieve advertiser objectives across fairs and our digital advertising products.

Working cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Creative Production, Logistics, Staffing, and external venue partners, the team ensures campaigns are executed efficiently, compliantly, and to a consistently high standard.

As the team scales, operational excellence, strategic leadership, and proactive problem-solving are critical to ensuring smooth delivery across our campaign portfolio.

What you’ll be working on

The Lead Campaign Operations Manager is reporting to the Head of Campaign Management, manages daily operations within the Campaign Delivery team. Supervising a small team of Campaign Delivery Managers, you will ensure campaigns are executed effectively, efficiently, and on schedule.

You will bridge strategic oversight and ground level execution, coordinating resources and troubleshooting challenges in real time, ensuring smooth delivery and high quality client experiences.

  • Directly supervising Campaign Managers, providing guidance, feedback, and hands-on support to manage operational challenges

  • Managing relationships with Students’ Unions, venues, and external/internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution

  • Ensuring daily operational excellence, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to meet campaign objectives

  • Coordinating closely with the Head of Campaign Management to implement strategic initiatives, workflow improvements, and best practices across the team

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Logistics, Staffing, Creative Production, and Partnerships to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly

  • Analysing campaign and operational performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Supporting the team through periods of ambiguity, rapid change, and high delivery volume while maintaining strong morale and operational control

  • Managing deliverability checks, ensuring all campaigns meet rigorous standards, adhere to policies, and pass compliance requirements

  • Acting as a point of escalation for operational issues, rapidly diagnosing problems and mobilising resources to resolve them

  • Monitoring operational performance, tracking key delivery metrics, and implementing improvements based on insights and feedback

  • Assisting in the onboarding, training, and development of team members, supporting their growth and enhancing overall team capability

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring vision, structure, and operational discipline to a fast-growing function. You know how to scale people-driven operations and balance commercial priorities with quality, compliance, and culture.

Specifically, you will bring:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in operational roles within campaign delivery, project management, events, or account management, ideally in dynamic, fast-paced environments

  • Team management experience and commitment to developing team members through mentorship, coaching and structure training

  • Demonstrable leadership experience , handling operational complexities, and coordinating cross-functional activities

  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a meticulous approach to planning, scheduling, and process optimisation

  • Experience working with CRMs or campaign booking systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot

  • Strong understanding of operational compliance, risk management, and quality assurance practices

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how campaign delivery impacts advertiser outcomes and client retention

  • Excellent communication skills, adept at managing stakeholder relationships, providing clear guidance, and resolving conflicts swiftly

  • Proficiency in analysing operational metrics and using data-driven insights to enhance performance and efficiency

  • A calm, solutions-focused mindset, capable of thriving under pressure and adapting quickly to changing priorities
