Location: Regional coverage across England and Wales with regular travel
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working Hours: Standard business weekday hours
Salary: £46,000 plus £1,500 quarterly bonus and eCOS car scheme

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an LCV Zone Manager to support Stellantis across England and Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with retailer partners, helping to strengthen Light Commercial Vehicle sales performance, develop capability and deliver commercial success across the network.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused LCV Zone Manager to join our team. Working in partnership with Stellantis Light Commercial Vehicle retailers, you will drive business to business sales performance through consultancy, coaching and strategic support.

You will build strong relationships across the retail network, using performance insight, product expertise and tailored development plans to improve capability, enhance customer engagement and maximise commercial opportunities. This is a field based role offering the opportunity to influence retailer performance while representing one of the automotive industry's leading manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted partnerships with Stellantis LCV retailers across your region, providing consultancy and strategic support to improve business performance.

  • Deliver engaging training, coaching and enablement programmes focused on product knowledge, business to business sales and customer engagement.

  • Analyse retailer performance, identify development opportunities and implement tailored action plans to improve results.

  • Drive adoption of best practice sales techniques and consultative selling approaches across the retail network.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Stellantis Light Commercial Vehicles, ensuring retailers are equipped to position products and commercial solutions effectively.

  • Share market insight, customer feedback and performance trends to support commercial planning and future strategy.

  • Conduct regular retailer visits, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.

  • Deliver performance reporting and recommendations to Stellantis stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on progress and outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Strong knowledge of the UK Light Commercial Vehicle sector and the needs of business customers.

  • Experience delivering consultancy, coaching, training or enablement within an automotive retail environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse performance data and turn insight into action.

  • Experience building productive relationships with retailer networks and manufacturer stakeholders.

  • A proactive approach with the ability to motivate, influence and develop others.

  • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across England and Wales.

Desirable

  • Experience working with Stellantis or other Light Commercial Vehicle brands.

  • Qualifications in coaching, training or learning and development.

  • Experience within a multi brand automotive retail environment.
