Are you an experienced Labourer looking for a new opportunity?

Join us for our Kitchen & Bathroom renewal project within the Social Housing sector in South-West London and Westminster area.

At PiLON, we're building a community of dedicated self-employed professionals like you, who share a passion for excellence and a commitment to making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact on site, introducing yourself to residents in a professional and respectful manner
  • Safely remove approximately 10 kitchen units per day
  • Complete strip-out works for at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day
  • Remove existing flooring as required
  • Strip wallpaper and prepare surfaces for refurbishment
  • Ensure all appliances, staircases, and surrounding areas are adequately protected prior to works
  • Install appropriate signage and information boards on site
  • Carry out general labouring duties as required to support the project

Qualifications

Do you have what it takes to become a Labourer at PiLON?

  • Experience in a similar role within the Social Housing sector
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Asbestos Awareness Training Certificate
