Segment Marketing Specialist – NEE

Job Description

Are you a creative and results-driven marketing professional who thrives on turning business strategies into campaigns that truly connect? We're looking for a Segments Marketing Specialist to join the Axis Northern & Eastern Europe (NEE) central marketing team on a fixed-term basis (maternity cover, approximately 18 months), helping us grow brand awareness and generate demand in the segments that matter most. This is your chance to shape how a global technology leader tells its story, from the UK.

Who is your future team?

You'll be part of the NEE central marketing team - a collaborative group of specialists spanning digital channels, partner marketing, brand experience, and events. Together, you design and deliver integrated campaigns that bring Axis's business strategies to life. The team values creativity, data-driven decision-making, and working across functions to achieve shared goals. You'll report to Jakub Lukasik - Manager, Marketing, Northern & Eastern Europe.

What you'll do here as Segments Marketing Specialist

In this role, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to high-value customer segments, playing a key part in driving lead generation and brand awareness across priority markets. Your work directly translates business objectives into measurable campaign results.

  • Design segment campaign strategies in collaboration with marketing colleagues (demand generation, PR, sub-regional NEE teams) and regional business leaders, identifying challenges and opportunities across key segments.
  • Create, implement, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline platforms, working closely with corporate and regional marketing teams to increase demand.
  • Act as the primary contact for HQ and cross-regional stakeholders in the planning and communication of segment campaigns and broader industry and outcome-focused initiatives.
  • Develop and implement content strategies for key segments and industry-specific marketing efforts.
  • Partner with the Key Account End Customer team (Nordic) to understand business goals of named accounts, assess market needs, and create targeted marketing strategies.
  • Measure, track, and optimise campaign performance against goals and spend, delivering quarterly and annual initiative plans and reporting on results.
  • Manage campaign execution end-to-end, driving engagement through available communication channels and maintaining a calendar of marketing efforts aligned to business initiatives.

Who are you?

We're looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and collaborative, someone who enjoys connecting the dots between data, creativity, and business goals. You're comfortable working across teams and functions, and you bring a structured approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously. You think strategically, act decisively, and are always looking for ways to improve results. Like us, you value openness and working as one team.

We'd love to hear that you have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing with a focus on segmentation, lifecycle marketing, or account-based marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot)
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A collaborative working style with the ability to manage multiple projects across teams

Bonus points if you also bring:

  • Experience working in a regional or multi-country marketing role
  • Working knowledge of content marketing strategy and digital demand generation best practices
  • Comfort with creative problem-solving and strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment

Travel: Some travel is required for partner, distribution, and regional meetings and events.
