Team description

The Key Account Sales team helps established merchants discover payment solutions that make running their business simpler and more efficient. Based in our London office, you'll manage the full sales cycle, working closely with a collaborative team focused on growth, commercial excellence, and building long-term customer relationships. If you're motivated by owning your pipeline, closing new business, and making a real impact, this role is for you.

🎯 What you'll do
  • Identify and engage small business prospects through outbound calls, emails and social outreach
  • Build trusted relationships by understanding merchants' needs and recommending the right SumUp solutions
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations that turn interest into long-term customers
  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through to closing new business
  • Track pipeline performance, share insights with the team and continuously improve sales execution
