About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Key Account Support Administrator to play a key role in supporting our UK Key Account Manager and delivering exceptional service to our distribution partners (merchants). This varied and collaborative role sits at the heart of key account activity, combining administration, technical support, data analysis and project coordination.

You will work closely with our distribution partners, as well as internal teams across Fedrigoni UK and our Global Service network, to ensure service excellence, effective communication and continuous improvement. The role also supports product development, rebate programmes, KPI reviews and customer-led initiatives, helping to strengthen and develop long-term partner relationships.

Your Responsibilities include:
  • Support UK Key Account Manager
  • CRM Usage
  • Relationship building with key account clients internally
  • Technical support & administration
  • Customer data analysis
  • Project coordination
  • Service coordination between Fedrigoni UK & Global service teams
  • Technical complaint administration (working alongside the Key Account Manager)
  • Manage rebate programmes with Key Accounts
  • Supporting mill visits with the Key account manager when required
  • Key account service review administration against agreed KPI
  • Product development administration
