Description

We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to take ownership of strategic relationships with our key clients, driving their success and satisfaction with our Adverity products.

If you thrive on managing impactful partnerships, excel at identifying and executing growth opportunities, and enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced SaaS environment, this role is your opportunity to make a significant mark in the Martech industry.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in our London office, with a flexible setup that encourages regular in-office collaboration at least once a week.

Some of the things you'll work on:

  • Take commercial responsibility for an entire agency network partnership, driving ownership of renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Cultivate close relationships with a key agency network and its senior stakeholders through regular communication, in-person meetings, and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Support and Tech to proactively resolve inquiries and provide actionable feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver demos, presentations, and QBRs, often engaging larger audiences and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of your agency network to identify and mitigate risks promptly.
  • Use our CRM tool (Gainsight) for accurate forecasting, reporting, and maintaining client success visibility.

We're excited if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Martech, Adtech, or SaaS. Key Account Management or Enterprise experience is a strong plus!
  • A passion for Martech and continuous learning to master how our products create value for clients.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills in fluent English, with proven success working with C-Level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • The ability to manage complex client networks, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks proactively.
  • A dynamic, solution-oriented personality with high energy and enthusiasm for client success.
  • A willingness to travel semi-regularly, motivated by building strong, in-person connections.

Why you'll love it here:

  • Flexible working hours and home office
  • Internal shares program (EDPP)
  • Budget for job relevant training
  • Regular team events (also remote)
  • Modern and stylish office in the heart of London
  • Sustainable merch for all employees
  • Adverity Social Responsibility Days (+2 days paid off)
  • Pension Scheme
  • 25 days annual leave (excluding UK public holiday)
  • Private health insurance
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
