What You Will Do

As a Key Account Manager within ShopperTrak Analytics, part of Sensormatic Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and growing strategic relationships with shopping centre owners, property investors and property management organisations across the UK & Ireland. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help customers maximise value from our retail analytics and traffic intelligence solutions while identifying opportunities for long-term growth and partnership.

This is a hybrid role, requiring attendance at our Solihull office one day per week (typically Wednesday or Thursday) and regular travel across the UK & Ireland to visit customers, attend industry events and strengthen key stakeholder relationships.

How You Will Do It
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key property sector customers, including shopping centres, retail destinations and property management organisations.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling and identification of new opportunities.
  • Deliver business reviews, presentations and data-led recommendations demonstrating customer value and ROI.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise retention and revenue growth.
  • Support contract renewals, commercial negotiations and forecasting activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Analytics, Product and Sales teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the retail property sector.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline activity and reporting within CRM systems.
  • Represent ShopperTrak Analytics at customer meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
What We Are Looking For

Required

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Account Management or B2B sales.
  • Strong experience managing senior stakeholder relationships within complex customer organisations.
  • Demonstrable success in growing existing accounts and achieving commercial targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into business solutions.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland.

Beneficial

  • Experience working with shopping centres, retail property owners, property management companies or commercial real estate organisations.
  • Knowledge of retail analytics, footfall measurement, location intelligence or SaaS solutions.
  • Understanding of the retail property market and customer experience trends.
