Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in oncology care?
At Ipsen, we’re committed to improving patients’ lives through innovative medicines and strong partnerships. We’re now looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Oncology team and drive excellence across East of England.

Your Impact

As a KAM, you will:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with oncologists, urologists, and key stakeholders across hospitals and academic centres.
  • Deliver high-quality, compliant disease and product information to support optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and key account plans aligned with Ipsen’s business objectives.
  • Secure hospital and regional formulary inclusions through expert engagement and selling skills.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing, and Sales colleagues to drive account success.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in pharmaceutical or specialty medicine sales, ideally as a KAM or a related role.
  • Oncology or urology experience preferred; strong sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of NHS structures, funding pathways, and decision-making processes.
  • High-level clinical knowledge and ability to communicate complex data effectively.
  • ABPI qualified and currently living within the territory (Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, Bedfordshire, Luton, Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire and West Essex, Norfolk and Waveney, North East Essex, Suffolk, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for excellence and execution.
  • Comfortable with field-based work and enjoys being on the road—this is not a virtual role.

Why Join Us?

At Ipsen, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and integrity. You’ll be part of a team that values bold thinking, continuous learning, and making a real difference in patients’ lives. We’re looking for someone who fits well into a collaborative team, avoids conflict, and is ready to grow—potentially into a future Sales Manager role.
