Key Account Director - FX Sales

London Victoria - Onsite

The Role

As a Key Account Director, you will sell our Trade Finance & FX solutions to UK businesses, navigating C-suite relationships to deliver sophisticated treasury and hedging solutions. You aren't just hitting targets—you are a role model on our London floor, mentoring the next generation of talent and setting the gold standard for how Ebury dominates the market. 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Origination: Identify and onboard SMEs in the UK market
  • Solution Architecting: Move beyond "spot trades." You will sell complex FX hedging strategies, cash management, and trade finance solutions.
  • C-Suite Navigation: Build and leverage high-level relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors, understanding their specific budgeting and risk appetite.
  • Excellence in Execution: Maintain a rigorous pipeline via Salesforce, ensuring a culture of data-driven sales and superior relationship management.

  • Have 3+ years FX Sales experience.
  • Are a Master Negotiator: You thrive in high-value negotiations and can articulate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Are a Culture Carrier: You lead by example, fostering a competitive yet collaborative environment on the sales floor.
  • Speak Fluent English.
