About the role and about You:

We’re looking for a Sports Marketing Coordinator who is curious, motivated, and excited to learn. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in sports marketing and isn’t afraid to jump in, ask questions, and take ownership of small but important details.

You’ll support the day-to-day execution of sports marketing programs, working closely with athletes, teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to help bring Zwift’s presence in sport to life.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the execution of sports marketing programs, partnerships, and campaigns
  • Assist with athlete and team relationships, including communications, assets, and deliverables
  • Help coordinate events, races, activations, and content moments
  • Manage logistics such as schedules, asset delivery, product seeding, and tracking
  • Support community-facing initiatives and help amplify stories from the sport
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Partnerships, Brand, Comms, and Creative
  • Keep things organised—timelines, trackers, and follow-ups matter here

What we’re looking for:

  • Brings positive energy and curiosity to everything you do
  • Is eager to learn and open to feedback
  • Takes pride in being organised, dependable, and proactive
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully with athletes, partners, and teammates
  • Is comfortable helping wherever needed—no task is “too small”
  • Cares about sport, community, and doing good work

Bonus points:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, sports, events, or partnerships
  • Strong understanding and passion for social media
  • A genuine interest in sport, fitness, or active lifestyle culture
