We are building proprietary AI infrastructure, developing consumer and enterprise digital products, and creating the data and intelligence layer that drives smarter decisions across the business. An exciting role for someone who already builds in their own time and thinks like a founder, not an intern. Ship features that directly hit users, with a level of ownership and autonomy most junior engineers don't see for years. Work across internal products, external production, and the occasional moonshot.

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure

• Prototype quickly, run experiments, and move core product metrics

• Own systems in production, including debugging, performance, and reliability

• Use AI/ML tools and LLM-based APIs to build intelligent product experiences

• Contribute to engineering culture through code quality, documentation, and active review participation

• Proficient in modern full-stack development: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, JavaScript

• Familiar with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API design

• Comfortable working across the stack: frontend, backend, and infrastructure

• Some exposure to, or genuine interest in, AI/ML systems and LLM-based applications

• One to three years of professional experience, or a portfolio of self-directed projects that proves the same capability

• You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks

• You have a bias toward action, ship fast, and iterate rather than wait for perfect information

• Ambiguity and shifting priorities don't throw you off

• You hold high attention to detail and quality, even moving at speed

• You think like a mini-founder: curious, proactive, genuinely invested in the mission

• GitHub repos, a personal site, or end-to-end projects you've built independently

• Open source contributions or active participation in developer communities

• Exposure to early-stage startups, hackathons, or your own technical ventures

• Academic or self-directed study in CS, maths, or a related technical field

• Real experience with, or strong interest in, machine learning, LLMs, or applied AI
