Scope of Role

Reporting to our Global Salesforce Lead, as a Junior Salesforce Administrator with QA responsibilities, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction within our Salesforce ecosystem. This multifaceted role offers the chance to contribute to system maintenance, user support, data management, and quality assurance. Our role is being offered as a fixed term contract, working from our London HQ on a hybrid basis.

As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will:

Salesforce Administration:

  • Help configure and maintain Salesforce functionalities.
  • Perform routine updates, data imports, and user management tasks.
  • Collaborate with senior administrators to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

User Support:

  • Provide first-line support to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Support user onboarding, access management, and training.

Documentation:

  • Help create and maintain user guides and documentation for processes and procedures.
  • Document system configurations and changes.

Data Management:

  • Support data quality efforts by identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Help maintain clean and accurate data within Salesforce.

Reports and Dashboards:

  • Help produce standard reports and dashboards to provide insights to partners.
  • Learn to create custom reports by the business.

Quality Assurance:

  • Collaborate with other teams to define testing strategies for Salesforce updates and enhancements.
  • Help create and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts.
  • Identify, log, and track issues, and work with development teams to ensure time efficient resolution.
  • Participate in regression testing and ensure the system integrity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or open to learning
  • 1+ years experience in a Salesforce Admin position.
  • Experience collaborating with internal networks, with an emphasis on communication.
  • Detailed, with an analytical attitude towards solution finding.
