Advisory Solutions Italy is seeking a candidate to join the team as Junior Product Manager .

The team supports the Wealth, Private, and Premium networks in building model portfolios and managing the fund offering, also from a product governance perspective. It creates and maintains client-ready marketing materials.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the entire product governance process, including target market identification and monitoring, distribution strategy development, and periodic reviews.

  • Participate in the product approval process, monitor products after market launch.  Follow corporate actions, and update the company intranet for relevant operations

  • Stay informed about the latest MiFID II guidelines and regulations, particularly regarding product governance.

  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify product opportunities. 

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of existing mutual fund products.

  • Support the sales, Relationship Management & client service teams with client presentations and product updates, including providing subject matter expertise.

  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with product development teams, distribution channels, and other stakeholders.

The skills required are:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product information to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong relational, interpersonal and communication skills, applicable across different organizational levels

  • Administrative and organizational mindset

  • Bachelor's Degree in either Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business or Management Engineering

  • C1 Cambrige certification or equivalent (Mandatory)

  • Strong understanding of financial products: Knowledge of various financial instruments and their characteristics.

  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.

  • At least one year of experience in similar roles within bank or asset management.

  • Excellent MS Office suite skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
