The Lending Products team is responsible for the development, monitoring, and management of credit products for Wealth Management and Business Banking clients. We work closely with Product, Legal, Compliance, and COO functions to ensure effective and compliant solutions.

Lending Products reports into WM&BL Organizational Unit, which is in charge to manage and developing processes to meet Bank’s needs to improve its commercial offer, products, and processes as well as mandatory remediations to mitigate risks and industry regulatory requirements for Wealth Management and Business Lending.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior Analyst, you will support senior colleagues across a wide range of activities, progressively building expertise in lending product management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic factors to identify lending product opportunities for Corporate and Wealth clients.
  • Support the development, review, and innovation of commercial offerings, collaborating with internal teams and preparing documentation for New Product Approval (NPA) processes.
  • Contribute to compliance checks and propose improvements for existing products under senior guidance.
  • Assist conducting profitability analyses aligned with risk and commercial strategies.
  • Coordinate with external partners (e.g., SACE, Guarantee Funds, Confidi) to develop business-focused lending solutions.
  • Evaluate and document requests for exceptions to standard product features.
  • Collaborate on regulatory impact assessments and ensure proper implementation of new regulations or strategic initiatives across functions.
  • Support the preparation and update of regulatory documents in coordination with Transparency, Usury & GDPR teams.
  • Support the Legal team and other functions in reviewing product contracts and handling complaints management when needed.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Native-level Italian or equivalent; fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Effective communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude.
  • Any prior experience in international environments or project management is a plus.
  • Curiosity, sense of responsibility, and collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility and prioritization skills.
