By blending art, science, and technology, we help global brands deliver more measurable and meaningful campaigns in the real world. As we continue to scale across regions, we’re strengthening how billups shows up in key markets through smarter execution, stronger coordination, and faster delivery.

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives in the UK. This role will work closely with a senior fractional UK marketing lead and the global marketing team to help deliver campaigns, events, content coordination, and partner initiatives that build momentum and visibility in the market.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate timelines, owners, and next steps across UK stakeholders and the global marketing team

  • Help manage event logistics (invites, guest lists, registration tracking, follow-ups)

  • Support social and campaign coordination (drafts, scheduling, reporting support)

  • Assist with creating and updating basic marketing materials (one-pagers, agendas, lightweight decks)

  • Keep deliverables organised and moving—tracking actions, nudging owners, and flagging risks early

  • Support CRM and lead follow-up workflows where needed (clean inputs, basic tracking, handoffs)

What We’re Looking For
  • Early-career marketer with strong coordination and execution energy (0–2 years experience)

  • Highly organised and reliable—strong follow-through, proactive communication

  • Clear written communication skills and strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working across time zones and supporting senior stakeholders

  • Curious, adaptable, and willing to learn fast in a high-growth environment

  • Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft tools

Bonus:

  • Experience supporting events, partnerships, or B2B marketing

  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM)

  • Interest in media, advertising, and Out-of-Home marketing
