Most entry-level marketing jobs ask you to schedule social media posts and update spreadsheets. This one is different.

Beauhurst is building a modern marketing engine and we want someone at the start of their career who is already experimenting with AI and curious about the “why” behind the work. Whether you’re writing copy, creating a campaign list, building a workflow or analysing results, you think beyond the task itself and consider the impact it should have. You care about what the work is trying to achieve, who it is for, and how success will be measured. You’d need to be hungry to learn fast in a role that gives them real responsibility from week one.

About Beauhurst

We are building the leading provider of private company data in Europe.

Private companies represent 80% of private sector employment and over 90% of revenues across Europe. They are the backbone of our economy – creating jobs, driving innovation, and generating the tax receipts that enable government services. Yet finding, collecting, and understanding information about private companies remains a significant challenge.

We bridge this gap by providing our customers with comprehensive, up-to-date private company information. Our online platforms and API help our clients to discover, track and understand these companies. This empowers them to take informed action, whether they're offering services or funding to help companies grow, crafting supportive policies, or making better decisions through deeper understanding of the economic landscape.

We work with venture capital firms, big financial institutions, leading universities and the Government to help them find and work with companies that drive disruption and innovation across the economy.

The Role

This is a junior role that sits at the centre of our go-to-market process. You'll get hands-on experience across campaigns, email, content and sales enablement from day one, working closely with the wider marketing team.

Day to day you'll be:

  • Supporting the build and execution of marketing campaigns across email and paid channels
  • Helping people who have shown interest stay engaged, learn more, and feel ready to take the next step.
  • Helping the BDR and sales teams with content, sequences and outreach assets
  • Using AI tools to build campaigns, improve communication and speed up workflows
  • Learning how to read campaign data (open and conversion rates, web traffic, engagement, etc) and form a view on what to do next
  • Assisting with events including webinars, conferences and industry roundtables — helping with logistics, promotion and post-event follow-up

We think demand marketing will look significantly different in 12 months. AI is changing what's possible and we want someone who is already curious about that, not someone who needs convincing. You'll be learning on the job but you'll also be contributing to how we figure this out as a team.

About you

To be considered for this role, you'll need to:

  • Show us you can write clearly and get to the point; a blog, LinkedIn presence, university work or personal project all count as proof
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT or similar to produce real work, not just experiment. We want to hear what you made and what you learned.
  • Show a basic but genuine understanding of what B2B marketing is and why it matters
  • Be curious, move quickly and try things without waiting for permission
  • Be honest when something doesn't work and adjust without apprehension

Ideally you'd also:

  • Have completed a degree, placement year or internship
  • Bonus points if you’ve started building your own view on how AI will drive outcome-based shape and change how future processes B2B marketing will work in the future.
Our offer

We're offering a starting salary of £25,000–£28,000 (depending on current knowledge)

We invest a lot in keeping our people happy and healthy. So as well as that, you'll also get:

💰 A stake in the company: This is huge - everything you do will create value in the company that you will partly own

🩺 Healthcare: Our health cash plan will cover all of your day-to-day health and wellness needs

💝 Free therapy: Sessions with any of our hand-picked counsellors, all on us
