Titan Wealth is a fast-growing wealth management business, both in the UK and internationally.  It has evolved a fairer, more efficient and effective business model, structured to deliver leading advice-led wealth management services, giving financial advisers and their clients the best opportunity to fulfil their dreams and ambitions.

We provide a dynamic work environment full of opportunity, one where both individual and team initiative and contribution is encouraged, so that together we can deliver better outcomes for our clients over the long term.

Titan Wealth Holdings is growing, and we’re building a new Client Services Administration Team in our Bristol office. We’re now looking for a Junior / Entry‑Level Client Services Administrator to join the team — an ideal opportunity for someone starting their career in financial planning administration.

This role is perfect for a school leaver, graduate, or someone in their first office-based role within financial services, who is keen to learn, build experience, and progress over time.

This position is a key support role within the team — often described as a “bionic receptionist” — acting as a central admin hub that keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll support our desk‑based Financial Planners and wider admin team, handling core administrative tasks and acting as a first point of contact for clients.

Over time, there are clear opportunities to progress into more senior IFA administration roles within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Sending Letters of Authority (LOAs) and chasing providers
  • Booking client meetings and managing diaries
  • Acting as a first point of contact for client calls and emails
  • Data input and maintaining accurate client and policy records
  • Supporting the wider admin team with overflow / overspill tasks
  • Assisting with client onboarding and general client administration
  • Using back‑office and platform systems (training provided)

About you

  • Some office experience (financial services preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional, client‑focused manner
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and supporting different people
  • Keen to learn and develop a career in financial planning / wealth management
  • Backgrounds that could work well include:

  • School leavers or graduates seeking a first role in financial services
  • Candidates with general office or admin experience
  • Platform / provider backgrounds.
  • Customer service roles with strong admin exposure.

Our employees are talented people, distinguished by excellence.  You will be able to demonstrate a willingness to embrace the Company values of:

Creativity – we recognise we need new ways of thinking, learning and doing to both improve our own productivity and efficiency as well as to help us stay ahead of competitors.

Commitment – we are team with the willingness to put time, effort and energy into driving change in the organisation, going the extra mile.

Collaboration – we need teamwork amongst ourselves and with partners to generate more innovative, efficient and effective solutions and thereby a greater sense of achievement.
