Supports administration and technical support for the Priority ERP platform, including user access, system configuration, workflows, integrations, background processes, warehouse settings, testing, updates, and hardware. Investigates ERP and WMS issues, assists warehouse and operational users, maintains documentation and change controls, and collaborates with ERP, IT, warehouse, quality, and project teams in a regulated environment.
This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Junior ERP System Administrator to join our ERP team and support the maintenance, administration and technical support of our Priority ERP platform (WOX).
Reporting to the ERP System Manager, you will:
- Support warehouse and operational users with ERP-related questions and issues.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions and access rights.
- Configure and maintain system forms, menus, fields and user settings.
- Monitor system tasks, background processes and integration queues, helping resolve errors and failed processes.
- Investigate ERP/WMS issues, identify root causes and support practical solutions.
- Maintain system parameters, workflows, warehouse locations and other operational settings.
- Support ERP testing, updates, patches and new warehouse implementations.
- Assist with warehouse-related hardware and integrations, including scanners, handheld terminals, printers and label printing.
- Work with ERP, IT, Warehouse Operations, Quality and project teams to resolve system and process-related issues.
- Maintain system documentation and support change control and QMS requirements.
- Gradually take on more independent ERP administration responsibilities as your knowledge develops.
