iSAM Funds is an alternative asset manager specialising in systematic investing. Each strategy is unique, provides a specialist quantitative approach and is designed to deliver highly diversifying absolute returns for institutional portfolios.
- Provide end-user support in the London office, being the primary point of contact for all technology issues.
- Take full ownership of support desk tickets, managing issues end-to-end from initial request through to resolution, escalating only when necessary.
- Assist with the management of the global Windows and Microsoft 365 estate.
- Build new workstations and laptops using our automated pipeline, full training provided
- Maintaining global standards, recommending areas for improvement, and suggesting solutions.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 enterprise ecosystem, including SharePoint and Exchange administration.
- Solid experience across the Windows stack, including Active Directory configuration, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Good understanding of networking technologies
- Ability to take an idea or concept, and see it through to implementation, collaborating with other team members as required
- Ability to understand and breakdown a problem, then document the resolution so everyone else can understand
- Knowledge of PowerShell or Python is highly advantageous, but not essential, however they will be required to develop this skill to be successful in this role

- Jira/Confluence administration
