You should have a basic understanding of commercial principles, supported by strong analytical and organisational skills. Clear communication, both written and numerical, is essential, along with confidence using tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable and keen to develop, with a collaborative approach and the ability to work in a deadline driven environment. An interest in working towards a professional qualification (e.g. RICS, CICES, CIOB) is desirable.
