You will drive the Business Insights & Management KPI process to unlock actionable insights. You will facilitate the adoption of Data Tools & Dashboards and implement the necessary change management process. You will participate in customer data projects & co-create new Big data dashboards & visualizations on a data lake.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Develop, maintain and optimize reports in partnership with the Business in order to unlock actionable insights.
- Accountable for providing accurate and timely the Management Business Monitor dashboard/reports and KPI tracking to drive Business Growth.
- Make sure that information is correct, unique, accessible and known by all local Sales, Marketing & Finance teams.
- Supporting and accompanying the users in the right understanding and use of all data (info sessions, trainings, ...) & assure on time delivery for critical business meetings
- Work closely together with different business teams iot support adoption of Reporting tools & dashboards
- Contribute to the data quality & integrity process
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Master's degree in a relevant domain (economics, data management, ...)
- 3+years of working experience in Business & data analytics
- Expert level in MS Excel (macro programming experience is required)
- Nielsen, Power BI
- SQL Server is a plus
- Fluent in English. Dutch & French are a plus
- Efficiency & continuous improvement are key.
