Job Description- Building knowledge of the business, its products, processes and standard operating procedures
- Assisting with the project start up and initiation phases to help identify and document project objectives and benefits
- Eliciting, validating and documenting business requirements for various IT products
- Designing and recommending improvements to new and existing processes and systems
- Producing ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process maps
- Creating wireframes and mock-ups to support the business requirements
- Liaising with business SMEs and 3rd party suppliers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions meet projects objectives and deliver the best user experience
- Raising potential project risks, issues and blockers
- Collaborating with the wider project team members and providing support when required (including solution designing, testing, training, support etc.)
- Assist with triaging and validating bugs
- Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions and project retrospectives, both in products and BA techniques
- Minimum 1 years Previous experience of working within an IT project team or similar - essential
- BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis (or equivalent) - desirable
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft core products
- Knowledge of requirements eliciting techniques and project delivery methodologies (agile and waterfall) – desirable
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders of all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong attention to detail
