- Developing product, packaging and pricing initiatives that drive brand and category growth.
- Planning and executing integrated marketing communications and media plans with our agency partners.
- Building robust business cases and providing input into annual marketing plans to deliver revenue, profit and market share targets.
- Leading innovation from concept through to launch plans with trackable consumer and commercial KPIs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Category, Finance, R&D and Supply Chain) to bring plans to life in-market.
- Monitoring brand performance using commercial and consumer data, diagnosing issues and recommending action.

More about this role
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Required
- 1-2 years in a commercial role, ideally Marketing (ABM/JBM/BM) in FMCG. Strong candidates from adjacent functions (Category, Sales, Insights) with marketing aptitude will also be considered.
- P&L management and budget ownership experience.
- Innovation and/or project management experience -leading initiatives from insight to execution.
- Proficiency with data tools (e.g. Nielsen, Kantar)
Desirable
- Agency management and above-the-line (ATL) campaign experience
- Experience working in a complex matrix organisation .
Additional Details
- Role Status: We are proactively building a pipeline for future opportunities. While there is no open position at the moment, we welcome applications and will be in touch when relevant roles arise.
- Work Schedule: Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Uxbridge office.
- Travel: Ad hoc travel may be required dependent on role and business need.
