Responsibilities

Working closely with wider sales team to collect feedback and suggest sales programs to improve the situation (input into sales MTP)

Managing sales programs end to end

Constantly reviewing the ITCG commercial models with the relevant stakeholders and managing programs to optimise them

Driving regular reviews of the ITCG distribution strategy and managing programs to optimise them

Optimising the ITCG sales and forecast process in collaboration with sales, product and Finance teams and implementing new tools

Working closely with Marketing and Sales teams to understand retail strategy and support the implementation of plans as sales & marketing

Taking initiatives to identify and target new sales channels for B2C, B2B and ecommerce

Champion the training and L&D across the sales team and act as window person/SME to build a European sales community

Qualifications

Skills and knowledge required:

•             Strong interpersonal skills

•             Strong written and verbal communication skills

•             Great multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks at a time

•             Very strong analytical skills and manipulate data

•             Work independently or in a team environment to complete tasks effectively

•             Great sense of ownership, to achieve the best outcomes

•             Ability to develop subject matter expertise in all operations processes

•             Strategic thinking, and able to translate into operational improvements

•             Languages: English fluency essential, European languages desirable

•             Ability to constantly priorities tasks and activities based on business needs 

•             Most importantly can keep business needs and stakeholders at the heart of every task or activity

Experience required:

•             Experience in working in the sales channel, i.e. for a retailer/B2C manufacturer
