The Supplier Contracts Team administrates Marex’s Technology Expense Management system, Calero, ensuring accurate capture of contractual information and associated cost allocations. This enables us to facilitate timely reconciliation of invoices across recurring Technology spend (IT, Telecoms, Market Data, etc.) plus detailed reporting of costs at individual and enterprise level.

The Market Data and IT Administrator, will be responsible for adding and updating inventory records and reconciling invoices against the inventory, investigating and validating variances and confirming allocations in order to prepare the invoice for onward processing by Accounts Payable. The role also requires some data analysis and management of supplier and internal stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
• Maintain Calero’s MDM and TEM modules to ensure it has accurate records for contracts, associated services, allocations and users.
• Prepare, verify and distribute monthly and ad-hoc business reporting.
• Support finance with accruals and prepayment management.
• Upload vendor permission files and support exchange declaration processes.
• Continuously review and audit existing processes to ensure effective performance and compliance with mutually agreed requirements and control procedures.

Invoice Management
• Reconcile invoices within Calero database.
• Ensure cost allocations are current, accurate and documented.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage exceptions, status updates and general queries.

Order Management:
• Operate Market Data license order management and exchange entitlements.
• Support the Joiners and Leavers process to ensure inventory is updated and services are added or terminated as required.

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in a market data role with strong inventory experience in Calero or similar.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. (e.g. Excel)
• Detail-oriented, brings a high degree of accuracy to data analysis and is proactive in problem solving.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this
• Desirable - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance or a related field.
