Manage and monitor counterparty exposures and market risk for Marex Solutions across OTC, structured and exotic derivatives. Evaluate derivative structures, enforce risk and limit frameworks, assess new products, partner with trading/structuring/validation/finance, deliver governance and reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance including stress testing and capital requirements.

The Risk Software Developer will enhance Marex's Risk Engines and integrate applications while collaborating with teams to improve business processes and reporting. Key responsibilities include coding, documentation, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare and analyse cost accounting records, including complex month-end journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations. Investigate cost variances, support audits, address cost queries, assist transfer pricing recharges, and drive process improvements and automation through collaboration with Procurement, Market Data, Legal and Accounts Payable.

Design, implement and support front-office trading applications for the Derivatives Engine, focusing on hedging, risk management, pricing and ad-hoc trading tools. Work closely with traders, quants and technology to translate requirements into production-quality Python solutions, ensure testing and support plans, and help hand over tactical tools to central technology teams.
