Role overview
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional IT Manager to come and join our global business.
Reporting directly into the VP of Security, IT and Compliance, and working collaboratively with the Security and Compliance teams, you will be accountable for developing and executing IT strategy that enables our international workforce to do their jobs effectively through proactive infrastructure planning, preventive maintenance, and strategic technology initiatives, ensuring compliance with company and security standards at Fresha.

What you will be doing
- Develop and implement strategic IT roadmaps that anticipate business needs and prevent operational disruptions
- Lead the design and maintenance of our ISO27001 certified environment, driving continuous improvement and compliance excellence
- Design scalable onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring security and efficiency at global scale
- Strategically plan and oversee global technology deployments, optimizing procurement and logistics
- Architect and maintain resilient network infrastructure with proactive monitoring and redundancy planning
- Lead security risk assessments and develop preventive measures to minimize security incidents
- Build and manage high-performing IT operations teams, fostering collaboration across security, compliance, and technical functions
- Develop strategic vendor relationships and negotiate contracts that support long-term business objectives
- Establish technology standards and governance frameworks across all global locations
- Implement predictive monitoring systems and automated processes to prevent IT issues before they impact users
- Create and maintain comprehensive IT documentation, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Manage IT budget planning and resource allocation to support business growth

What we are looking for
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations with 3+ years in management or team leadership roles
- Proven track record of strategic thinking and preventive IT management
- Experience with Google Workspace administration and Slack management at enterprise scale
- Experience leading IT in fast-growing technology companies
- Strong coding abilities and extensive use of AI tools for automation and strategic optimisation
- Deep understanding of information security frameworks, particularly ISO27001, with implementation experience
- Experience designing and managing enterprise device management programs globally
- Advanced knowledge of networking architecture, security design, and infrastructure planning
- Experience with security frameworks, risk assessment, and incident response leadership
- Proven ability to design and support remote and hybrid work environments at scale
- Strategic vendor management experience, including contract negotiation and relationship building
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing budgets and resource planning
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and lead global operations
Added bonus
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks beyond ISO27001

Interview Process
- Screen call - Video call with a member from the Talent Team - 30 - 60 minutes
- 1st Stage (Tech stage) - Technical Video call/In-person interview with our VP of Security, IT & Compliance plus a member of the engineering team - Up to 1 hour
- Final stage - Video call/In person meet with our CTO - up to 1 hour
