Following our $1bn valuation in 2024, we're scaling rapidly and investing in AI to transform how we operate and serve our 30,000 SME customers. As we continue to expand, we're committed to setting new industry standards in managed service excellence.

The Role

We're looking for a technically sharp and commercially minded Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team. You'll be at the heart of our sales process – working alongside Business Development Managers and Account Managers to design and present compelling technical solutions across Networking, Cloud & Server Infrastructure, and Cyber Resilience.

This is a role for someone who loves solving problems, building relationships, and turning complex technology into clear business value.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Meeting with prospective and existing customers (remotely and face-to-face) to understand their technical and business needs
  • Designing tailored solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and cyber products
  • Producing high-quality proposals including solution overviews, network diagrams, statements of work, and pricing
  • Presenting solutions confidently, articulating cost savings and business benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Supporting the sales team throughout the deal cycle and ensuring a smooth handover to delivery
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, support, or delivery role – ideally within an MSP environment
  • Strong working knowledge of M365, Azure, AVD, Windows Server, HPE/Meraki/SonicWALL networking, and cyber products (MS Defender, Bitdefender, Vulnerability Scanning, Pen Testing)
  • Experience scoping and designing solutions for SME businesses
  • A natural communicator who can translate technical complexity into business language
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally
What's In It For You
  • Up to £45,000 base salary with £60,000 OTE
  • Remote or Hybrid working across the South or Midlands
  • The opportunity to grow with one of the UK's fastest-scaling technology businesses
