Design and deliver LAN/WAN network projects including SD-WAN, firewall and wireless deployments. Serve as escalation point for complex network issues, scope solutions with customers, mentor engineers, and support related infrastructure tasks like cloud migrations, server/virtualisation and security implementations.

Lead technical delivery of customer network projects, act as technical lead for network faults, escalations and major incidents. Work with project and account managers, ensure solution quality, documentation, and provide hands-on enterprise support. Customer-facing role with UK site visits and occasional out-of-hours work.

Monitor and resolve customer infrastructure alerts involving backups, security, patching, configuration, and system performance. Manage ITSM cases, analyze backup reports, perform root cause analysis, deploy patches, and implement preventative solutions. The role supports Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, virtualization, backup, monitoring, and RMM environments while communicating technical issues to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Lead the strategic development, configuration, and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform focusing on CMDB and CSDM. Own roadmap, schema design, data modelling, release management, automation, performance tuning, and stakeholder/vendor engagement. Support onboarding and integrations across teams while ensuring data integrity and alignment with business needs.
