Design and deliver LAN/WAN network projects including SD-WAN, firewall and wireless deployments. Serve as escalation point for complex network issues, scope solutions with customers, mentor engineers, and support related infrastructure tasks like cloud migrations, server/virtualisation and security implementations.

Lead technical delivery of customer network projects, act as technical lead for network faults, escalations and major incidents. Work with project and account managers, ensure solution quality, documentation, and provide hands-on enterprise support. Customer-facing role with UK site visits and occasional out-of-hours work.

Lead the strategic development, configuration, and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform focusing on CMDB and CSDM. Own roadmap, schema design, data modelling, release management, automation, performance tuning, and stakeholder/vendor engagement. Support onboarding and integrations across teams while ensuring data integrity and alignment with business needs.

Lead technical delivery of customer projects and act as technical lead on network faults and major incidents. Provide hands-on, customer-facing support for enterprise SD‑WAN, LAN/WLAN, and security solutions; troubleshoot high-pressure incidents, manage escalations and change requests, and maintain technical documentation.
